How it uses your Google account

You sign in with Google. The app asks for permission to create and edit events on your Google Calendar so it can add the appointments you book. It creates or changes events only for appointments you book or change in the app. To show you times when you're free, it also reads the start and end times and free/busy status of your upcoming events. It does not read their titles, descriptions or guests, it does not keep that information, and it does not send any messages for you.

Your leads and appointments are saved under your own sign-in and are not shown to other users. See the privacy policy for the details.

Automated Texts is for independent agents and small teams who keep a list of leads and set appointments by text, such as insurance, real estate and home services. Each person has their own private workspace.

Spend your time on the calls, not the scheduling.
