One tap saves the appointment, copies the card, and opens a new message to the customer (on an iPhone or iPad only; anywhere else it just copies). Paste the card first, then tap Copy text only and paste the confirmation under it. If the message does not open, open it yourself and paste.
This page writes the text and keeps the appointment. You paste it into your own messages app to send it. Edit the wording under Templates & hours.
